Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 4 arrested citizen Kevin Cungu, 22 years old, resident of Tirana, currently under personal security measure "House arrest", as it is suspected that in his apartment, he had sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl, against her will.

Who is Kevin Cungu?

The 22-year-old is a well-known name to the police as he was arrested in 2021 for the offense of "Intentional murder" remaining in the attempt and "Arms without a permit". He was recently released under house arrest.

On September 11, 2020, Cungu wounded citizen Rexhep Xhekja with a firearm.
