Assets worth about 1 million euros are seized, suspected to have benefited from the criminal activity of a 34-year-old convicted of producing and selling narcotics.

Within the framework of a procedure for tracing, locating and seizing assets derived from criminal activities, the specialists of the Sector for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of DVP Elbasan have organized and finalized the police operation coded "Asset", as a result of which executed the decision dated 24.09.2023, ii of the Court of Elbasan, which decided to seize 5 assets of the citizen:

Eris Skënderi, 34 years old, resident of Cërrik, sentenced by the Court of Elbasan, to 6 years imprisonment, for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".

Pursuant to the Court's decision, assets worth about 1 million euros were seized, specifically:

- a residential building with an area of ??62 m2;

- a service facility with an area of ??73 m2, in Cërrik;

-2 vehicles and 1 motorcycle.

Work continues on tracking, locating and seizing other assets that are the source of this citizen's criminal activity.
