Rainfall in Kosovo/ Damage to several roads and bridges, traffic difficulties

As a result of the rainfall, difficulties in road traffic have been identified in some areas of Kosovo.

Authorities have reported road damage, landslides, as well as damage to several bridges, which has affected the movement of vehicles on various axes.

Kosovo Police has announced that it is continuously monitoring the situation on the ground and has increased police presence in the affected areas, with the aim of guaranteeing the safety of citizens and managing traffic.

Authorities have called on all drivers to show increased caution and vigilance while driving, to respect traffic rules and to adapt speed to current road conditions and reduced visibility, in order to avoid possible accidents./ CNA
