President Osmani receives US Chargé d'Affaires Anu Prattipati in a meeting

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received this Thursday in a meeting the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States of America in Kosovo, Anu Prattipati.

It is learned that during the meeting, President Osmani's recent visit to the US, meetings held with senior officials of the Trump Administration, as well as other issues of common interest were discussed.

Through a post on social media, Osmani announced that in this meeting he reconfirmed Kosovo's commitment to further advancing bilateral relations, including opening new chapters of cooperation with the US, with particular emphasis on the fields of economy and defense.

The meeting also discussed recent developments in the country, with a focus on further steps towards the constitution of the Assembly in light of the recent decision of the Constitutional Court, as well as developments in the field of security./CNA
