Përdorimi i alkoolit nga fëmijët në Angli kryeson listën globale

Një e treta e 11-vjeçarëve dhe më shumë se gjysma e 13-vjeçarëve në Angli pijnë alkool, duke e vënë atë në krye të listës nga 44 vende të ekzaminuara në një raport nga ekspertët globalë të shëndetit.

Në Angli, Uells dhe Skoci, u zbulua se vajzat kishin më shumë gjasa se djemtë për të pirë dhe për tu dehur në moshën 15-vjeçare.

Raporti i Organizatës Botërore të Shëndetësisë (OBSH) tha se alkooli, i cili mund të dëmtojë trurin e fëmijëve, është normalizuar.

Ai u bëri thirrje vendeve të marrin më shumë masa për të mbrojtur fëmijët.

Mbretëria e Bashkuar ka pasur gjithmonë përdorim relativisht të lartë të alkoolit tek të rinjtë, por ai ka qenë në rënie prej disa kohësh.

Koordinatori i studimit, Dr Jo Inchley, nga Universiteti i Glasgout, tha se shenjat se më shumë fëmijë kishin filluar të pinin në moshë të re ishin "shqetësuese".
