OBSH, thirrje Kinës që të japë më shumë informacione për COVID-19

Organizata Botërore e Shëndetësisë i bëri thirrje Kinës që të vazhdojë të publikojë informacione në lidhje me valën e infeksioneve COVID-19.

Thirrja vjen pasi qeveria kineze njoftoi për gati 60,000 vdekje të lidhura me virusin që nga fillimi i dhjetorit, pas javësh shqetësimesh se nuk po ndante informacion me botën për atë po ndodhte.

Njoftimi dha shifrat e para zyrtare që kur Partia Komuniste në pushtet hoqi papritur kufizimet për frenimin e virusit, pavarësisht nga një rritje infeksionesh që mbushën spitalet.

Në një deklaratë të OBSH-së thuhet se informacioni i hollësishëm i hap rrugën të kuptuarit më të saktë të përmasave të epidemisë. Organizata i kërkoi gjithashtu Kinës që të vazhdojë të ndajë këtë lloj informacioni që deri tani ka qenë i kufizuar./ VOA
