The number of victims from the Russian attacks in Dnipro reaches 23

The number of people killed by Russian rocket attacks in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro has reached 23, the City Council has announced.

According to him, 72 people were injured as a result of the attacks, which also spread to other cities.
