The European Union Ambassador to Kosovo, Aivo Orav, has closely monitored the election process in North Mitrovica and Pristina.

The EU Ambassador, through a post on the "X" platform, said that together with the member states of the international mission observing the elections, he has closely monitored how the process is progressing.

British Ambassador Jonathan Hargreaves has closely followed the election process in two municipalities, North Mitrovica and Zvecan. He also expressed through a post on social networks that October 12 is an important day for democracy in Kosovo.

"It is very good to see people participating in these very important local elections for Kosovo ," said Ambassador Hargreaves, adding that he will also visit other voting centers in different parts of Kosovo during the day./CNA
