Merz tells Trump he wants more pressure on Russia

The Russian ambassador to London, Andrei Kelin, has said that the latest attacks pose a threat of escalating the conflict to the level of World War III, partly accusing the UK of involvement in the operations.
Kelly, in an interview with Sky News, claimed that Ukraine could have carried out the attacks only with the help of sophisticated Western technology.
"This is the worst possible scenario we can imagine. Ukraine should not try to drag the world into World War III. This type of attack requires very advanced technology, so-called geospatial data, and only London and Washington have this."
"I don't believe America is involved, President Trump has strongly denied this, but London has not denied it. We are fully aware of how involved London is and how much British forces are cooperating with Ukraine," the ambassador said.
The statements come after a Ukrainian attack on Russian military bases, which American officials claim destroyed or damaged over twenty Russian fighter jets, while the Ukrainian side cited the figure of over forty.
