Bideni i pret në Uashington liderët polakë

Presidenti i Shteteve të Bashkuara, Joe Biden, do t’i takojë liderët polakë, presidentin Andrzej Duda, dhe kryeministrin Donald Tusk në Shtëpinë e Bardhë të martën.

Ai pritet ta sigurojë aleatin e rëndësishëm të NATO-s, Varshavën, se e gëzon mbështetjen e Uashingtonit, pas pushtimit të Ukrainës nga Rusia.

Para vizitës në SHBA, Duda u bëri thirrje aleatëve të NATO-s për t’i rritur shpenzimet si përgjigje ndaj druajtjeve të mëdha për agresionin e Moskës.

Ai pritet t’i kërkojë Bidenit të dërgojë më shumë trupa amerikane në krahun lindor të aleancës ushtarake me Rusinë.

Takimi i pazakontë i Bidenit me djathtistin Duda dhe proevropianin Tusk, tregon për shqetësimet e Shteteve të Bashkuara se tensionet e mëdha mes liderëve polakë mund ta dëmtojnë aleancën perëndimore.

Gjatë një fjalimi para kombit javën e kaluar, Bideni tha se “nëse dikush në këtë dhomë mendon se Vladimir Putin do të ndalet në Ukrainë, unë ju siguroj se ai nuk do të ndalet”.

Druajtjet për fatin e Ukrainës janë duke u rritur nëpër Evropë, pasi ajo po përballet me mungesë armatimi dhe municioni, derisa Rusia po përparon në fushëbetejë në Ukrainë, në vitin e tretë të pushtimit./REL
