4 years into Russia's war/ Gonzato: No peace agreement can be credible

At an event in the capital, the Embassy of Ukraine in Albania today opened the exhibition "Four Years of Resistance", an event that honors the resilience and courage of the Ukrainian people after four years of struggle against Russian aggression.

The exhibition brought together Ukrainians living in Albania, representatives of the diplomatic corps and Albanian authorities, who remembered the victims of the war and paid homage to the strength of the Ukrainian people.

In his speech, the EU Ambassador to Albania, Silvio Gonzato, emphasized:

"Today, above all, we must pay tribute to the Ukrainian people, who every day show extraordinary resilience and strength, despite Russia's brutal aggression. After four years of war, 2026 should be the year when the aggression against Ukraine ends."

We want peace in Ukraine and we want this peace to last. No peace agreement can be credible or sustainable without Ukraine, and no solution that affects European security can succeed without the full commitment of Europe. Slava Ukraini!”, said the EU Ambassador to Albania, Silvio Gonzato.

The exhibition "Four Years of Resistance" offers an opportunity to reflect on the suffering, heroism and resilience of the Ukrainian people, bringing solidarity and historical remembrance to the Albanian public./ CNA
