The government this Thursday has approved the ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Albania (borrower), represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, and KFW Frankfurt AM Main (KFW), for the financing of the project "policy to support the reform in the energy sector in Albania"-Phase ii.

"In support of articles 78, 83, point 1, and 121, point 1, letter "ç", of the Constitution, with the proposal of the Council of Ministers, the Assembly of the Republic of Albania decided:

Article 1. Ratification of the loan agreement, between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Economy (borrower), and KFWFrankfurt am Main (KFW), for the financing of the project "Policy to support the reform in the energy sector in Albania"- phase II, which is attached to this law and is an integral part of it. Article 2. This law enters into force 15 days after publication in the "Official Gazette", says the draft law approved at the meeting of the Council of Ministers, dated September 28, 2023. / CNA
