DigitAlb was once the largest digital broadcasting company in Albania.

Pride for Albanians, pride for the time when it was unveiled, a platform that did not stop at broadcasting, but produced, taught, and lectured in all fields.

DigitAlb turned into one of the most profitable businesses in Albania, today into a financial hole with tens of millions of euros in debt.

There has often been talk of selling this company, there have been transactions, moves, shareholder confrontations. Albania's media titans were inside DigitAlb and often clashed.

At that time, it was rumored that it was businessman Klodian Allabeju, who had negotiations, but then the sale did not go through.

OTHER MOVEMENT

CNA has learned that other movements have already begun.

Movements with contracts, deadlines for payments and key actions are being made by Lori Hoxha, but also other figures from the business world.

Some of the shareholders, such as Edmond Leka, Armand Duka, etc., have sold their shares with a one-year payment term in favor of Lorela Hoxha and the heirs of Dritan Hoxha.

While the money has a time limit and somewhere within the information confirmed by Mrs. Hoxha herself, the payments come from one of the largest groups in Albania, which Kastrati, one of the main financiers of "Top Channel", with several hundred million lek per year for this television.

In fact, beyond the payments and advertisements that Kastrati can make, the shadow of Shkëlqim Devollit is appearing in and around DigitAlb.

Shkëlqim Devolli is a businessman from Kosovo, who some time ago also appeared as the owner of "Abc News", a private television which, in fact, at that time was owned by Klodian Allajbeu, began to rise and enter the information market strongly, but one fine day he changed shareholders and became the voice of the Socialist Party, in the official newspaper "Zëri i Popullit".

In it, it was again said that businessman Shefqet Kastrati was behind the financing and businessman Shkëlqim Devolli was simply a facade, his people were simply superficial, his transactions were double, the payments were made by others.

"Abc" has been rumored for a long time to be having financial problems, and the "scissors" have begun. So, the same movement, the same people, are appearing. (READ HERE)

 

The people of Shkëlqim Devoll participate in the boards, somewhat hidden, careful not to come out openly in the face of a transaction that cannot escape the media eye, as it concerns the largest digital platform in the country, DigitAlb.

Dyshimet janë te fakti se a është vërtetë Shkëlqim Devolli apo kush po e blen?

Pse lind kjo pyetje?

Sepse u ble nga Shkëlqim Devolli dhe u pagua nga të tjerët “Abc” dhe u kthye në gazetën “Zëri i Popullit”. Kështu, janë të gjitha gjasat që të ndodhë e njëjta formulë, që pushtetit t’i shërbejë “Top Channel”, televizioni kombëtar, dhe t’u rikthejë aksionet plotësisht Lori Hoxhës dhe trashëgimtarëve të Dritan Hoxhës, të cilët një pjesë të tyre i kishin humbur, pasi nuk kishin paguar sipas kontratave detyrimet që kishin me ortakët e tjerë.

Tashmë gjithçka është e qartë. DigitAlb po shkon drejt shitjes, por a po kryhet ky transaksion për të marrë disa pronarë të rinj, pasi Shkëlqim Devolli ka edhe një kompani të tillë mediatike në Kosovë apo po bëhet për të tjera arsye, mbetet ta shikojmë.

Fakt dhe provë kemi “Abc News”, një media që u ble nga Shkëlqim Devolli dhe u kthye në megafonin e qeverisë.  (LEXO KETU)

Ndërkohë që po ky person, me mediat e tij “Klan Kosova” etj., në Kosovë, është armiku i kryeministrit Albin Kurti.

Pra, ka diçka që nuk shkon.

Një biznesmen nga Kosova vjen financon në Shqipëri, blen një televizion dhe ia vë në dispozicion kryeministrit. Këtu thellohet edhe historia për DigitAlbin apo dhe vetë “Abc”-në.  

Mos vallë Shkëlqim Devolli e mori “Abc”-në për të tjera interesa?!

Pra, për ta nxjerrë nga tregu i mediave kritike që shqetësonte kryeministrin. A po luhet tani që sërish me këtë individ, pra Shkëlqim Devollin, për ta përdorur për benefitet e pushtetit në Shqipëri, transaksionet e mundshme, përfitimet që mund të ketë, si fshihet pas të tretëve në Kosovë apo në Shqipëri, për të bërë blerje, transaksione të caktuara për llogari të pushtetit dhe për interesat e tij?

Gjithçka nuk është pa fakte dhe pa burime.

Kemi “Abc”-në, kemi lëvizjet aktuale, kemi kthimin e televizionit në një marionetë të qeverisë. Kemi interesat e Shkëlqim Devollit, kemi futjen e biznesmenëve të tjerë të mëdhenj, kemi shitjen e aksioneve të DigitAlb, të cilat nuk janë aq të thjeshta, por shkojnë edhe tek individë, së fundi kontrolluar dhe nga SPAK-u që janë parë në praninë e shpeshtë të Lori Hoxhës dhe negociojnë midis pushtetit dhe biznesit./ CNA
