According to the official website, this organization with the acronym "BYL-A" operates as a center with a board of directors consisting of 5 members. Furthermore, on the official website, "BYL-A", there are also listed the activities or projects, widely financed by George Soros, among which is that of the "MJAFT" campaign, which then turned into a movement by Erion Veliaj.

The MJAFT Campaign – A campaign against civic apathy and to encourage civil participation in social and political life, started as an initiative of BYL-A and the National Debate Organization (ANDA) in 2005; Today, the Mjaft Campaign is institutionalized and operates independently from BYL-A and OKD; These entities today act as different actors of civil society that occasionally have collaborations in joint projects;

"People are resigned to a reality they feel they cannot change, immune to corruption and tolerant of injustice. The average citizen seems to have signed a 'certificate of silence' and given up trying to seek solutions. Ajo që nisi si një fushatë, shumë shpejt do të përkthehej në një OJF, të re. MJAFT, e financuar nga Fondacioni Soros, ka pasur në bordin e saj drejtues, bashkpunëtorët më të afërt të Erion Veliajt gjatë karrierës së tij publike dhe politikie. Sipas avokatit Altin Goxhaj, në një reagim të vitit 2015, MJAFT-I është themeluar nga Soros, ndërsa përfaqësues zyrtar, derisa u regjistrua në gjykatë, ka qenë kryetari aktual i bashkië Tiranë, Erion Veliaj. Anëtar bordi kanë qenë Arbjan Mazniku, Endri Fuga, Leart Kola, Andi Kanaj, që sot drejton Agjencinë Kombëtare të Mbështetjes së Shoqërisë Civile, portofoli i financimit të organizateve jo qeveritare në Shqipëri. Floran Pustina ishte një tjetër themeluesi i MJAFT, që sot rezulton personazh kyç për bizneset e Erion Veliajt, për të cilin do të ndalemi gjerësisht në vijim.

Aktualisht Balkan Youth Link-Albania rezulton e regjisruar në emër të Erald Ismailit. Ky shtetas, me profesion Avokat, në aktivitetin e tij publik, rezulton një shpërndarës i zakonshëm i aktivitetit të Erion Veliajt në rrjetet sociale. Të dhënat e Plug tregojnë gjithashtu se Erald Ismaili është punonjës në Ujësjellës Kanalizimet në Tiranë.

Pra mbetet për t`u saktësuar nga SPAK, nëse Erald Ismaili është vetëm një “presta nome”, i organizatës Balkan Youth Link Albania, e cila në fillesat e saj është drejtuar nga Erion Veliaj dhe tashmë mund të drejtohet nga bashkëshortja e tij, Ajola Xoxa.

Këto dyshime shtohen më shumë, për shkak se Ajola Xoxa është prezente në shumë aktivitete të shoqatës Balkan Youth Link Albania. Në 4 dhjetor të vitit 2016, Ajola Xoxa merr pjesë si trajnuese në konferencën 3 ditore të modelit të “NATO-s”, organizuar nga Balkan Youth Albania. Ajo shfaqet mes shumë të rinjve, së bashku me Klotilda Ferhatin, që në atë kohë ofronte shërbime konsulence për disa OJF të SOROS, ndërsa ishte anëtare e Këshillit Bashkiak të tiranës.

Emri i Ajola Xoxës lidhet përsëri me Byla-n në tetor të vitit 2023. Sipas postimit të në faqen zyrtare të Instagramit të Erion Veliajt, Harabel Competorary, D18 Paris dhe Byl-a kanë bashkëpunuar për të sjell në skenë shfaqen e baletit “SONOMA”. Plug e investigoi edhe më tej. Nga të dhënat e thesarit rezultoi se Byl-a ka përfituar 50 mijë euro pagesë për këtë shfaqe nga Bashkia e Tiranës. Dhe nga ky fond i firmosur nga Erion Veliaj, 22 mijë euro shkuan direkt në xhepin e Ajola Xoxës, siç bëhet e qartë edhe në deklarimin e saj të pasurisë. Do të mjaftonte vetëm kaq, që sot kolegët e Erionit të bënin detyrën dhe çifti Veliaj-Xoxa të ishin të paktën nën akuzë për korrupsion.

One of the projects this association has developed with the "Mjaft" movement is the "vote, you decide" project for the electoral elections of 2013. In this project, the association, where Klotilda Bushka also provides expertise, influences citizens to participate in the elections. While the videos were also shared on social networks by Erion Veliaj's former right-hand man at UKT, Elton Kacidhja.

Another organization where Ajola Xoxa has a leading role is the Institute for Contemporary International Studies, "Benussi". According to the data found on the Internet, Ajola Xoxa turns out to have been the executive director of the "Benussi" institute. From the verifications carried out by PLUG in the declarations of the wealth of the Veliaj family, his wife Ajola Xoxa does not declare income from this association. Therefore, SPAK remains to verify whether we are dealing with concealment of income.

This is because the "Benussi" institute turns out to be one of the most active organizations in the country. And the main focus of this organization has been exactly the Reform in Justice, which produced exactly the current bodies of justice, where Erion Veliaj has spread his roots deep.

Another fact, which strengthens the conviction that after Balkan Youth Link Albania and the "Benussi" institute, the decision-maker directly belongs to Ajola Xoxa, is precisely the cooperation between these two organizations in certain projects. One such is the project for "Increasing the capacities of the state social service", where BYL-A and "Benusi" come together to train the directors of the State Social Service. Another flagrant case for SPAK prosecutors, where the funds given by UNICEF to Tirana Municipality, again ended up in the pockets of Ajola Xoxes, Erjon Veliaj's wife. As it appears in the media reports of the time, Erion Veliaj, as mayor, Blendi Klosi as Veliaj's deputy in the Ministry of Social Welfare and Klotilda Bushka, at the same time a member of the City Council, board member of the Benussi Association, are part of the justifying activity for the millions of UNICEF disbursed to the Municipality of Tirana for the NGO of Ajola Xoxes.

Klotilda Bushka, in this meeting, was not in the capacity of a member of the municipal council, but as a leader in the association of Ajola Xoxa.
