A young woman from Elbasan, who lives and works as a head nurse in Germany, says that she has a relative in the State Asylum in Elbasan, as the Balashe Center is otherwise known. The elderly man was cured months ago in Elbasan and Tirana, but in September he was sent back to the Asylum, without fully recovering. "Hello, I am a resident of the city of Elbasan. I have been working in Germany for several years, where I currently work as a head nurse. I have a relative in the Asylum for the Elderly in the city of Elbasan. He has been living there for four years because he has no family to take care of him, he is alone. The last time I was there was in September, there was a very big medical problem, a very serious health infection.
