Following the problem addressed by the show Stop on TV Klan regarding the case of the citizen Ermal Kuburi in Durrës, the complaints with the state institutions to his detriment have not ended.

Apart from the fact that a judge in Elbasan decided that the son in his custody should meet his mother, against whom there is a protection order not to approach her son due to violence, an unprecedented act happened with the Service Social of the Municipality of Durrës.

The Social Service of Durrës has released the father of the child with mental problems, through a document forged by them, thus paving the way for favoring the mother in the judicial process of divorce between them.

The story is like that. In August 2023, an employee of the Social Service goes to his apartment, to make a questionnaire about the conditions of the family and the child. Ermali finds out about the completion of this form only after he is informed of the ex-wife's request to take the child.

The questionnaire was not completed entirely in Ermal's presence. The main part was completed in the offices of the Social Service, with the aim of getting Ermal out with mental health problems.

I was completely unaware that there is a copy of the Social Service in the Enforcement Offices. The ex-wife requests the custody of the son from the Court of First Instance of Durrës. At the moment I received the claim-lawsuit, I saw this completed letter and I was impressed by the part that somewhere says that if the father or any of the family has mental problems, and here it is stated that he has mental problems.

Ermali tells the Stop journalist that he contacted the employee of the Social Service why he had marked the point where it is claimed that he has mental health problems. The employee tells him that the director is involved. Ermal Kuburi himself meets with the Director of the Social Service, who is the defendant in this matter and refuses to hold the employee accountable to him, raising suspicions of involvement.

Citizen - How can you make me this director? Do you understand what harm you have to me...? did i get this part?
