He paid 113 million lek for legalization, but they demolished his property!/ He

The next issue published in the "Stop" show on TV Klan, this Wednesday, May 20, deals with the denunciation of citizen Arben Myzeqari, regarding a long history of legal and administrative clashes in Fier, where the denunciator claims that, although he paid around 113 million lek for the purchase and legalization of a property through ALUIZNI, today he has been left without his property and money.

According to him, it all started in 2005, when the family declared ownership of the facility, a tavern in Fier.

"Exactly in this place where we are, there was an economic object, which was a family activity, mine, my mother's and my brother's. We made the self-declaration of this object for legalization in the Municipality of Fier then and a year later the procedures passed from the municipality to ALUIZNI."

Then, in 2011, he signed the contract with ALUIZNI and made the payment for the transfer of the property into his name, awaiting final legalization and the certificate of ownership.

"We paid the infrastructure tax of 370 thousand lek for the facility and a month and a half later we paid 113 million lek. The seller in this case was ALUIZNI Fier and the buyer was my late mother, Marinaqi Pelari. The institution guaranteed the issuance of the legalization permit and the certification of this property, the land and the facility. We paid 113 million lek directly in cash, including the bank tax."

But, while the process was still not over, another party, claiming ownership of the land, filed a lawsuit for the release and delivery of the property. According to Myzeqari, the case was reviewed at all three levels of the judiciary and the courts did not rule in favor of the plaintiff, leaving his claim on the object in force.

"The biggest surprise is that although they took away the land I bought for 113 million lek, and it has gone up fourfold today, not taking into account the suffering and the lawyers we paid, they also took away the building. I have no property today."

However, the conflict took another turn in 2018, when the building was demolished on the orders of the mayor of Fier.

After the building was demolished, permission was granted for a new construction in the area, while Myzeqari claims that he did not receive any compensation and the money paid for the legalization was not returned. He says that he has filed criminal charges against the officials, whom he considers responsible for this situation and that the construction project was suspended precisely because of these proceedings.

"For me, this was a theft and I filed a criminal complaint with the Fier Prosecutor's Office... All the cases and those I took to SPAK have come to the Fier Prosecutor's Office and the Fier Prosecutor's Office is totally hermetic. I don't know where I can find the money, when the prosecutor's office can't find it..."

For years he has been wandering through courts and institutions, while he still has not received an answer about what happened to the property and the amount he paid. / Tv Klan
