"I won't let go of it out of anger"/ The scandal of the fight

The case broadcast this Wednesday, May 20, on the show "Stop" on TV Klan is related to the denunciation of the Peti family from Tirana over a serious property conflict, where it is alleged that through a scheme with rental contracts, suspicious documents and a court decision for a security measure, a property of about 2000 m² in the Dry Lake area was unjustly taken from them.

At the center of the accusations are citizen Xhemal Shima, the Peti family's cousin, Sulejman Peti, as well as private bailiff Baftjar Nela.

According to the complainants, the story begins in 2020, when the Peti family leased the property to Xhemal Shima's son for a 5-year period, with the intention of using it as a private parking lot.

After the contract expired, the family claims that the tenant refused to leave the property. Under these conditions, according to them, the "occupier" Xhemal Shima entered into a second contract with Sulejman Peti, the family's cousin, using other ownership documents, specifically an AMTP benefiting from law 7501.

The complainants claim that the property in question has never been agricultural land and has never been treated under Law 7501, which, according to them, renders the documentation used for the second contract invalid.

In the hidden camera footage, citizen Sulejman Peti and his son are heard admitting under their breath that the property does not belong to them, but to the complaining family.

Even the accused Xhemal Shima himself, according to the film material, admits that the land belongs to the Peti family and that his actions came as a reaction, after the lease contract was not renewed. He claims that, thanks to the influence he has, he will manage to provide citizen Sulejman Peti with a certificate of ownership, while he also admits that he has filed several criminal reports to exert pressure on the complainants.

In the third attempt, with the intervention of the police, the security measure was executed amidst clashes and strong tension, while the complainants insist that even at that moment there was no accurate map with the real boundaries of the property claimed by Sulejman Peti.
