The preparations for the Ukraine Summit and the meeting of the Balkan leaders in Tirana have started this morning.
As can be seen from the images provided by LSA, preparations have started in the Palace of Congresses and the streets, where the red carpets are being laid.
The Ukrainian summit will be held the next day, where President Volodymyr Zelenskyi will also be present.
On February 29, the meeting of the leaders of the Balkans will take place in Tirana.
