I had the case of the arrest of several people for illegal possession of weapons, the person I defended was accused of resisting the police during the arrest. When the security camera footage of the bar in the hall was opened, what I said was found, a scandal was proven there, the person I defended had not resisted the police. We found that there was no criminal offense by the person I defended, but by the police for the report they had kept, but also by the prosecutor.
