Maks Haxhia spoke with the language of two public fraudsters, Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze, who have long targeted prosecutors and judges.

For 64 days, Erion Veliaj and Mero Baze have continued to deceive public opinion that prosecutor Ols Dado has requested an extension on the construction permit, slandering that he initiated the investigation for revenge and conflict of interest.

Meanwhile, they have not published either the document signed by Ols Dado or the refusal signed by Erion Veliaj.

Maks Haxhia spoke with the same language towards prosecutors and judges tonight on MCN TV, who, according to him, violate the law because they find security somewhere else.

According to Maks Haxhi, prosecutors and judges are together.

"There is a big problem with the Albanian court. It does not understand the system that we are prosecutorial, not inquisitorial. It becomes a party to the prosecution, it is afraid to enforce the law and has become brave enough to violate it."

There is a postulate of those who have been masters of Albanian justice who say that lawyers are the most cowardly because they do not recognize the consequences of the law.

These judges and prosecutors violate the law so openly and without fear, which means they have some kind of security. If they violate it in favor of the prosecution, nothing will happen to them, if they violate it against the prosecution, something will happen.

The problem is above is the ILD, to give innocence a judge rushes in, they take the file and check it, put people in prison without evidence or with no conviction at all, send them a request saying they will record the request, they have not understood what they are there for. ILD controls the prosecution and the court. I was surprised when I heard that the High Inspector of Justice in a round table said that prosecutors and judges are being pressured.
