Dumani's meeting with the senior official at the US Department / Details revealed

A State Department official, in a statement to journalist Muhammed Veliu, has revealed details from the meeting between SPAK head Altin Dumani and the Senior Official of the Bureau for European and Eurasian Affairs, Brendan Hanrahan.

Meeting held on September 2 at the State Department.

In response, the official said that senior US State Department officials met with Duman to discuss mutually beneficial cooperation.

He also stated that the common goals of the US and Albania include stopping drug trafficking and irregular migration.

" The United States is working with Albania on our shared goals of interdicting drug trafficking, organized crime, and irregular migration. Senior Department officials met with the Head of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), Dumani, to discuss areas of mutually beneficial cooperation ," the State Department official said./ CNA
