Albanians' trust in the institutions in the country is growing.

This year, Albanian citizens have more trust in the institutions in the country, compared to a year ago. The barometer at Euroneës Albania asked the citizens about the trust they have in various Albanian or foreign institutions operating within the country and then compared the results with those of 2021.

The results of the survey show that Albanians today are generally more confident in institutions.

Confidence in international representatives has increased significantly.

Sot më shumë se gjysma e shqiptarëve (52,6%) i besojnë Ambasadës Amerikane, të cilës në 2021-shin i besonin vetëm dy në pesë shqiptarë (40,3%). E njëjta rritje e ndjeshme në besueshmëri rezulton për delegacionin e bashkimit Europian (13.2 pikë përqindje) dhe komunitetin ndërkombëtar në përgjithësi (13.2 pikë përqindje).

Edhe pse me rritje më pak të ndjeshme, edhe vlerësimi për institucionet shtetërore është përmirësuar. Sot, shqiptarët i besojnë pak më shumë qeverisë (3,8 pikë përqindje), policisë (2,8 pikë përqindje).

Edhe besimi tek institucionet e reja të drejtësisë është në rritje për shqiptarët. Mes institucioneve ligjvënëse dhe ekzekutive në vend, rënien më të madhe në besueshmëri, krahasuar me një vit më parë, e ka pësuar opozita shqiptare dhe presidenti.

While among the institutions of justice, the courts today are less trusted by Albanians compared to 2021.

The findings are from the Barometer survey in Euronews Albania, conducted by MRB and DataCentrum at the national level with 1000 face-to-face interviews in the family, between May 23 - June 4./eronews
