Scandal in the Tufina Cemetery/ PL: Those responsible for the macabre crime

The Freedom Party has reacted regarding the scandal in the Tufina cemetery with the mass graves with the remains of babies.

In the reaction to the media, the General Secretary of the Party stated that Tirana Municipality has become one of the most notorious symbols of theft, violence and social exclusion towards the living, but recently also of the most macabre crimes against those who have left this world.

Referring to the denounced case, the Freedom Party calls on SPAK to react without delay to this terrible scandal and bring to justice all those responsible for this macabre crime, which has shocked every citizen of Tirana and not only.

"The municipality of Tirana has become one of the most notorious symbols of theft, violence and social exclusion towards the living, but recently also of the most macabre crimes against those who have left this world.

After the senior leaders of this institution were caught red-handed asking for bribes of up to 400 euros for reserving a resting place in Tufina or Sharre, the entire public opinion has been scandalized, revolted and rightly outraged by the terrible scenes from Tufina where the remains of minors and citizens who have passed away are collected in garbage bags and treated without respect and dignity, violating not only the law but also one of the most ancient codes of the Albanian nation, which is honoring those who are no longer alive.

This monstrous violation of human dignity, of the lack of respect for those who have passed away, but also of the honor, code and highest values ??of the Albanian nation, today ranks the Municipality of Tirana among the most barbaric institutions of the continent, which deals with the dead with the same barbarity as Adolf Hitler's Nazis and Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge.

The investigation of the investigative program "Piranja" is irrefutable, revolting and irritating evidence for a democratic society to a macabre crime, the denial of which by the Municipality of Tirana only deepens the willful violation of the law and proves the irresponsibility and marked lack of humanity.

When this institution does not show attention and respect to those who have left this life, about half of the population of Albania that lives in the Municipality of Tirana cannot have hope that they will receive attention, care and solutions to their troubles and problems.
