Renowned entrepreneur, Gjergj Luca, reacted today regarding the election campaign taking place in the city of Shkodra. According to Luca, Shkodra is neither blue nor red, but belongs to working people.

Luca says that many good things have been done for the city in Shkodra and they should be mentioned.

In a post on social media, Luca writes that the city of Shkodra is breathing life from investments and projects in tourism.

"Shkodra is breathing from cleanliness and investments, Shkodra is expanding its welcoming capacities for friends and visitors, Benet Beci's Shkodra is setting an example for Albania on how local government is managed... From Dukagjini all the way down to Velipojë, Shkodra is neither blue nor red, Shkodra is full of energy, it is simply the number 5 of working people. Thank you my friends because I know you will vote for progress on May 11!", writes Luca.

Through a video posted on social media, Luca states that when there are good public works, citizens should mention them, as they are works that the whole world has seen.  

"I want to say to all of Shkodra through you. How is it possible that God has closed your eyes and that what the whole world and the whole world sees, you do not see?! And you do not speak. Can you explain this to me? How is it possible that the whole public opinion, especially in the north, that all of humanity talks about things they do not see and about things the whole world sees they do not speak about?", Luca reacts./CNA
