"We have a health system, which has not been reformed for 10 years. The burden of expenses is left on the shoulders of the citizens and the state does not take the responsibilities that belong to it. We have a state that has not changed its approach to financing for 10 years, the approach in relation to organization, in relation to digitization, access in relation to the improvement of services. However, we have a reform which has remained in place, it is not developed and the consequences we saw during the pandemic. The report emphasizes that it was the pandemic that put it in I see this phenomenon.
