In the GJKKO Appeal, a hearing was held this Friday about the affair at the Elbasan incinerator.

The session ended without a final decision.

The decision hearing is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 8, at 2:00 p.m.

In today's session, the Special Prosecutors requested the change of the decision of the First Instance, which declared the former socialist deputy Alqi Blako innocent of the charge of "abuse of duty".

For the former minister Lefter Koka, SPAK prosecutors asked to add the charge of "abuse of duty".
