The Special Prosecutor's Office has requested in the Appeal of GJKKO the change of the decision of the First Instance, which found former Socialist MP Alqi Blako and former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka innocent of the charge of "abuse of duty".

In the session that took place in Apel after several months of failure, prosecutors Klodian Braho and Arben Kraja requested that Blako be sentenced to 4 years in prison, in favor of a shortened trial of 2.8 years in prison.

For former minister Lefter Koka, SPAK wants to add accusations of "abuse of duty".
