The lawyer of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj, spoke after the session on the Partizani file. Gjokutaj stated that they requested the dismissal of the case and contested the security measures.

" We are all in unison. That case is closed because there is no criminal fact. We have requested the dismissal of the case and we expect that from the court. In this case, they have no alternative, in our concept, the lack of a criminal fact leaves no room for an alternative. We cannot make meaningless requests. We have contested the security measures ," said Gjokutaj.

 

Lawyer Gjokutaj also spoke about Ilir Meta's hearing, which will take place tomorrow.
