Academic Artan Fuga has raised concerns about unvaccinated street dogs that roam neighborhoods in packs, becoming a danger to citizens.

The academic has published a photo of the dogs in front of his apartment, while emphasizing that after nightfall, you risk going out because you could become their "prey".

Fuga points out that they are unvaccinated, aggressive, and howl all night.
