Pogradec/ The apartment is engulfed in flames

A house was engulfed in flames in the village of Leshnica in Pogradec. The fire broke out in the apartment of citizen Hamdi Alinj.

During the time when the fire broke out in the apartment, there were 5 people among them and a child who managed to get out in time without being injured.

According to the residents of the village, the Alinj family is in a difficult economic situation and they live on a small pension and agriculture while they have only one son who works as a car wash worker. A son of the family was killed in Syria.

The damage to the apartment was extensive, but fortunately no one was injured. The police are at the scene investigating the causes of the fire, while tomorrow the emergency specialists are also expected to assess the damage and help the family repair the apartment./ CNA
