Prime Minister Edi Rama announced through a post on social media that the works for the construction of the embankment in Karavasta have been completed, an important investment that aims to protect agricultural lands in the Bedat area from the waters of the Adriatic.

The project also guarantees the normal functioning of the drainage system towards Hidrovor, significantly improving water management and the safety of agricultural lands.

Meanwhile, work continues on the complete reconstruction of this work, with sustainable and long-term solutions, in the service of farmers and the agricultural development of the area. This investment is expected to have a positive impact on increasing production and protecting agricultural property from floods.
