World Interfaith Harmony Week/ Begaj hosts a meeting with a representative of the Center for Interfaith Cooperation

The President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, today hosted a delegation from the Center for Interfaith Cooperation, an organization composed of clergy from 5 faiths: Muslim, Orthodox, Bektashi, Catholic, and the Evangelical Brotherhood community.

The meeting took place within the framework of the World Interfaith Harmony Week. During the conversation with the clergy, Begaj praised the center established in Elbasan as a model for transmitting values ??and virtue.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that Albania has been and remains a model of religious tolerance and that the relationship between different faiths is fraternal and that work should be done with young people so that this value is inherited. /CNA
