I have always maintained a correct stance when the principles of the Rule of Law have been violated.

From my point of view of course.

Even when this is addressed to my opponents, a good number of whom I have personally reported to SPAK (90 of them to date).

Meanwhile, I note these days that a media campaign or on social networks has begun, regarding the protection they seek to give to Judge Irena with 3 surnames, as well as the relativization of a serious, legal and criminal fact, of her incompatibility with the duty of a judge.

It is enough to see the appeal that the Public Commissioner filed against the decision of the KPC (First Instance of Vetting), an appeal that was dropped by political order one day before the KPA (Second Instance) decision was announced, to understand how serious the issues that this subject was carrying are, in relation to the inconsistency of the criteria of:

a. Wealth.

b. Professionalism.

c. Integrity of moral character.

Not in vain, despite the amnesty that SPAK is granting to their colleague, in fact, in insult to their name, that Irena with 3 surnames, is tarnishing the entire system and overthrowing the Justice Reform itself, they have registered two additional reports related to the criminal offenses committed by:

- KPK Commissioners, Genta Bungo, Roland Ilia (today a member of the Socialist Party) and Valbona Sanxhaktari;

- Former Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja.

Not to mention the ongoing amnesty by the High Judicial Council, the High Inspector of Justice, the General Prosecutor's Office, and all other bodies whose mission is to enforce the law and punish such violators.

Thus, the hired killers of the Rule of Law, just like their protected ones who are hired killers or their clients, this time on the orders of Irena with 3 surnames, who judges some of their clients, have begun a media attack or on social networks, raising absurd narratives, and above all, on false facts.

Here we go in order:

First, the narrative raised that there is no final decision falls apart only from the fact that the decision went to the prosecutor for execution, who archived it due to the inability to execute it, and that only final decisions go to the prosecutor for execution.

Secondly, regarding the claim of the hired killers that we are not facing forgery or deportation, but rather refusal to enter the Greek state, I would like to inform you that, according to the evidence administered and deposited with the competent authorities, it is clearly reflected that we are facing the criminal offense of forgery of official seals and documents, a fact for which a typographical expertise act was also carried out during the investigations in the Greek state.

Thirdly, if we compare the above data with that of photo 16, it is clear that we are facing the same passport number.

Sixth, the Athens Court has argued that it is not competent to adjudicate the COMPLAINT made by Irena with 3 surnames, providing all the facts and evidence related to this criminal offense, as well as arguing that the competent court is that of Ioannina, as long as the criminal offense occurred within its jurisdiction.

Seventh, it is also evident from the decision of the Administrative Court of Ioannina that the dismissal of the APPEAL was made by this court due to the incomplete information given to the defense attorney in this process.

Eighth, it is also evident that, in addition to the complaints being initiated by Irena with 3 surnames (so she had full knowledge), notifications were also made to the Municipality of Delvina by the Greek authorities.

Ninth, according to the criminal decision No. 1447/2005 of the Court of Ioannina, it is submitted (paragraph 2 page 2), that the passport with no. 106837/98 in the name of the foreign citizen Irena Maneku, was FORGED, and had VISA interference, on page 17 regarding the deadline (it was a 100-day visa requirement to obtain Greek documents), and that this criminal offense was committed on 24.12.2002, at 15.30 in Kakavija.

Tenth, the next expulsion of 2003 is related precisely to these problems cited above on 24.12.2002, and not to visa refusal or border crossing ban.

Eleventh, surprisingly, although he was given a 10-year expulsion from the Schengen countries, the fact that he spent 2004 in the Italian state, where he gave birth to his son, a fact for which I have requested an in-depth investigation from both SPAK and the General Prosecutor's Office, stands out.

The twelfth, subsequent expulsion of 2003, is related precisely to the criminal offenses investigated and tried in the Greek state, in the episode of 24.12.2002.

Thirteenth, it is easily verifiable that this criminal offense occurred continuously (i.e. it is not time-barred), as it was not declared in the relevant columns of the Self-Declaration Form regarding:

- Final sentence in a foreign country;

- Expulsion from a foreign country;

- Criminal proceedings in a foreign country;

As in 2019 (vetting process);

Like in 2022 (mayoral election);

Like during 2024 when he did not accept the punishment and expulsion in the process against the President of the DP, Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha.

Fourteenth, it is the last chance for the ILD and the KLGJ to show that they are implementing the Constitution and the law and not political orders in defense of a narco-government suicide bomber.

The fifteenth, likewise, is SPAK's last chance, after registering the name of this criminal in the criminal offenses registry (according to my request dated 21.01.2026), to rise to the level of the Constitution, the Law and the Duty.

Otherwise?

They will answer the same as Irena with 3 surnames.

And I have proven that I fight to the end.

Therefore, the anger that these hired killers have towards Berisha, and the happiness they feel for defending a criminal just because she (unjustly) convicted him, not only does not legitimize them in this initiative, but it shames them and shows them in the eyes of the public for what they are.

Just like the person who ordered this next assassination, Irena with 3 surnames.

Not the criminal phenomenon of Irena with 3 surnames, but the Rule of Law, we must protect at all costs from its hired killers,

PS: I have heard from these paid assassins and media outlets that they are aware of the report sent to the Supreme Court of Kosovo by the General Prosecutor's Office.
