The head of SPAK, Klodjan Braho, stated that the institution has a general instruction that determines the manner of investigating criminal offenses, including those related to official corruption.

During his speech, Braho emphasized that prosecutors have the obligation to investigate not only the criminal offense, but also the assets of the suspects.

According to him, there is a general instruction on how to investigate, specifying that assets that come from the product, unjustified assets, and assets that are legal but have the same value as the value of the product should be sought.

"In SPAK there is a general instruction on how to investigate criminal offenses, including those related to corruption charges against officials. Assets that come from the product, unjustified assets, assets that are legal but have the same value as the value of the product, must be sought. Assets must be seized and confiscated. Regardless of how many cases are found, in every case, investigations are carried out," said Braho.
