Well-known businessman Behgjet Pacolli stated today that if Vlora Airport opens at this stage when works have been paralyzed for more than six months, there is a risk that it will be unsafe.
Invited to the show 'Opinion', Pacolli stated that certain certifications are needed for the proper start of work at a new airport and that the uncertainty is related to the standard.
"If things are paralyzed, as has happened since September 1, it will be an unsafe airport. The administrator elected is from the 2% shareholder of the company. If he makes a decision, the airport must be certified. So it has to do with the standard. To register it, a notarial document is needed. There was a criminal group that forged judicial documents.
