For several weeks now, Albanian emigrants have been applying and registering at the CEC to participate in the May 11 parliamentary elections.

However, even though the process is not one of the most complicated, there are still cases of confusion, even unusual ones with Albanians abroad who, in order to register, have sent photos of cafes, or photos of their current location, or even family photos.
