Kallëzim penal për shpifje dhe fyerje/ KESH çon Gazmend Bardhin në GJKKO

Kreu i grupit parlamentar demokrat Gazmend Bardhi është kallëzuar nga Shoqëria Korporata Elektroenergjitike Shqiptare/ KESH SH.A.

Deputeti demokrat është kallëzuar për shpifje dhe fyerje, parashikuar nga nenet 119 dhe 120 të kodit penal.

Shorti ka përcaktuar gjyqtaren Etleva Deda për shqyrtimin e çështjes.

Bardhi është kallëzuar për të njëjtat akuza nga ish-drejtori i policisë së Shkodrës Edmond Sulaj për të cilën vijon procesi, ndërsa për kallëzimin e OSHEE, kreu i grupit parlamentar demokrat u shpall i pafajshëm.

OSHEE  paditi Bardhin për shpifje në lidhje me një deklaratë të bërë prej tij në Kuvend mbi përqindjen e humbjes në rrjet të energjisë. Në seancën e parë ku Bardhi çoi përfaqësuesin e tij ligjor, avokatin Marash Logu, OSHEE kërkoi përgënjeshtrim të shifrës, duke pretenduar cenim të imazhit./CNA
