PD Vice President Oerd Bylykbashi during his speech at the Laws Commission where the changes to the Electoral Code are being discussed.

According to Bylykbashi, the changes in the electoral system will give voters the opportunity to vote for deputies in the parliament without threshold and without time.

He emphasized that the electoral system cannot be piecemeal, but must be designed as a whole.  

"We are talking today about a number, that half of the deputies will be determined by the voters. We will see when the result is out at the end.

This type of change in the system will give the voters that with their vote without a threshold, without a multiplier, with just one more vote, they will elect the deputies in the parliament.
