Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted after the recourse made by Lulzim Basha to the Supreme Court for the stamp of the DP.

According to Gjokutaj, this is the action of a brazen mercenary, it is a bluff from the legal point of view, it is a shame from the moral point of view, and a diabolical move from the tactical point of view.

"Lulzim Basha, or as he is known in political circles as Lul Brava, has declared that he will appeal to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction that recognized the Re-establishment Assembly as official and real and its decisions!

This action of this brazen mercenary is a 1. legal bluff, 2. moral disgrace and 3. tactically diabolical move!

1. It is a legal bluff since the Supreme Court, to which Luli will appeal, has exhausted this issue by overturning the decision of the Court of Appeal and returning it to the Appeal but with another panel of judges! The Supreme Court in its decision judged and in the end concluded that the solution of the case depends on the legitimacy or not of the complainant in the first instance, which was illegal at the end of the day! In this view, the Supreme Court finding that the decision of the Court of Appeal, already appealed by Reestablishment, did not enter into the review of the appellant's legitimacy and consequently left the conflict unjudged and consequently unresolved, spoiled the case and returned for retrial precisely with the duty that the Appellate retrial court should resolve in an exhaustive and final manner! Let's not forget that the duties of the Supreme Court for the retrial court (Appeal Court) are binding on it!

The Court of Appeal in retrial in implementation of the duty of the Supreme Court found and decided to cancel the trial in the Court of Appeal as the appellant (Basha + Alibeaj) was not legitimized and did not enjoy this title!

Lul Brava going back to the Supreme Court is an empty effort since in this case the case has been resolved by the tasks set by the Supreme Court and implemented by the Appellate Court of retrial! Therefore, Basha's Recourse is also untenable as all the decision-making versions have been exhausted and is completely pointless!

2. The decision to make an appeal is in itself a moral shame in the face of the decision-making of the membership of the Democrats, who in an absolute majority voted for Sali Berisha and Reestablishment, a result which even the Alibashes themselves did not dispute in principle, but complained about in Illegally forgive a corrupt court decision of the Court of First Instance!
