Altin Duman's message from Shkodra: We investigate subjects regardless of power

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in a meeting at "Luigj Gurakuqi" university in Shkodër, stated that this structure has total independence from other powers. 

During his speech, Duman emphasized that SPAK is able to investigate subjects regardless of power. According to him, currently the two most disturbing phenomena are corruption and crime. 

"We have faced criminal structures, we have changed the philosophy of searching for evidence. We are also using the income from confiscated assets. SPAK is able to investigate subjects, regardless of power. The two most disturbing phenomena, corruption and crime. SPAK investigates both crime and terrorism.
