Accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo as part of a criminal group/ Fredi Pali

Accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo as a member of a criminal group, 36-year-old Fredi Pali is arrested on Shëngjin Island and put in handcuffs.

This citizen was declared wanted, after the First Instance Court for Corruption and Organized Crime, with the decision dated 11.04.2023, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", committed in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or a structured criminal group".

Lezha Police Announcement: 

Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force, based on information provided about a wanted citizen circulating on Shengjin Island, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Member".

Citizen FP is accused of being a member of a criminal group involved in narcotics activities and of laundering the money obtained from this activity.

The procedural materials were referred to SPAK for further action./ CNA
