The Central Election Commission has issued an announcement after more than 5 hours have passed since the close of voting.

The CEC states that it trained the members of the counting groups.

Specifically, the CEC announces that it trained 8 groups, of which only 4 will start work and will then be replaced by the other 4 groups.
