Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi has revealed details from today's incident involving the murder of judge Astrit Kalaja.

In a television show, Dervishi showed that the problem started in 1992 after a decision by the Shkodra Municipal Council.

The journalist said that about 30 judges were involved in this file until the case was transferred to the Tirana Court of Appeal, where the crime also occurred inside the courtroom.

"In 1992, the decision of the Shkodra Municipal Council for homeless people gave 31 people access. When Lorenc Luka was mayor. Then this man, Gjon Shkambi, said I inherited the property and I'm getting it. Then they say you're not from Shkodra and these are fake.

Lorenc Luka says the building should be privatized. In 2012, the bailiff comes into play and returns 2 empty apartments to Shkambi. The others start the war. In this whole story, it's been 23 years. There are about 30 judges who have dealt with this work and have left this event where it went.

Of course there is a problem, these people, you cannot give a decision without solving the problem of the 31 families, because it is the human part.
