Tomorr Alizoti, the leader of the Democratic Party in the Elbasan Region, has reacted regarding the fire in the Elbasan landfill.

Alizoti has stated that the smoke is poisoning citizens and there must be a reaction.

He said that the incinerator was made to steal from people and is a very banal scheme.

According to him, we have a group of pirates who steal endlessly.

"It was done to steal from people, a very banal scheme, plus it also poisons people. So, they are a group of pirates who steal endlessly. They have also bought some analysts, journalists and media who inflate people, deceive people that they will enter Europe. Yes, there is something like this in Europe. If this happened in Europe, the whole city would be on the streets here. This is terrible. 26 million euros have gone to waste in a poor place like Elbasan. With 26 million euros, you could fix hundreds of things in this city. Do you understand how painful it is, right? They bought votes with this money. Where is the mayor, where is the municipality, is it a shareholder", said Alizoti.

Regarding the increase in the deposit price, Alizoti said that officials want to steal even more of citizens' money.

"These people have entered the world of theft and it has become a lust, a passion for them, for the citizens of Elbasan to come out and here together with us to block this farce. This is what people want. So where do you have the magnificent government that will take Albania to Europe. They would also hold a Formula 1 race. Here is a living 'cancer'. Here can be a race to see who is the biggest pirate in the world. And I have the impression that these people will win this. They can even do it with a garbage track.
