Kërkesa e Xoxës/ Prokurorët e SPAK-ut: Të ndahet çështja e saj

Ajola Xoxa, mbi të cilën rëndojnë 12 akuza të rënda ka kërkuar shtyrjen e seancave gjyqësore për 63 ditë pasi sipas saj nuk mund të jetë e pranishme për shkak të gjendjes shëndetësore pas lindjes së fëmijës.

Ajo është shprehur gjithashtu se nuk autorizon avokatët të vijojnë procesin pa praninë e saj.

Për këtë kërkesë të saj ka patur një përgjigje nga prokurorët e SPAK-ut të cilët janë shprehur se e pandehura Ajola Xoxa nuk është paraqitur në asnjë seancë që nga shtatori.

“Jemi në kushtet kur e pandehura kërkon të jetë e pranishme në seancë, por ky shqyrtim gjyqësor ka nisur që në shtator dhe e pandehura nuk është paraqitur në asnjë seancë”.

Prokuroria e Posaçme argumentoi se nëse gjykata e çmon të arsyeshme, atëherë duhet të ndajë çështjen e Xoxës nga të pandehurit e tjerë./ CNA
