“Pse Rama dhe Veliaj janë hajdutët kryesorë të 130 milionë eurove?”/ Berisha rendit faktet
Ish-kryeministri Sali Berisha, në deklaratën për media...

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has called SPAK's request to the Assembly for granting authorization to change the security measure a shameful act.
In the statement to the media, Berisha said that SPAK has taken an unconstitutional decision, but if the parliament will decide, then he will accept the decision.
Among other things, he adds that the Prosecutor's Office, the Judge and the parliament are one and they are all in the hands of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"They did not request the removal of immunity. They asked in the most shameful way for the legalization of their unconstitutional act.
They took a decision in violation of the constitution which I did not implement, not for my personal reasons, but to protect the power of the parliament and the Constitution.
They ask the parliament to make the measure more difficult because I defended the constitution.
They have done nothing but they are one. The prosecution, the judge and the parliament are one, they are all in the hands of the prime minister.
I justify that unconstitutional act they took", said Berisha./ CNA
