Jetona Koçibelli takes office as COD director in the Prime Minister

Jetona Koçibelli has been appointed Director of the Center for Openness and Dialogue at the Agency for Dialogue and Communication, Tirana Council of Ministers.

Her appointment was made earlier this month.

Koçibelli has further enriched her professional expertise through a series of specialized qualifications, including: Advanced investigative journalism training and studies from the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network (BIRN) (2015); by the French International News Agency (AFP) (2010), Trainings focused on environmental issues, by the Regional Environment Center (REC) (2011), Seminars on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on UN Conventions, by Albanian Foundation for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2011), Training for the Promotion of Women's Participation in Politics through Social Media, by the EUNACAL Institute (2011), etc.

During the last decade, she has served as an Author, Producer, Presenter, well-known Journalist for the televisions: Top Channel (2016 to date), as - Author and Director of the "ArtKand" Show, Author of the "Exclusive" Show, Journalist in News Department and on a wide range of cultural topics; Klan (2014-2015), as a journalist; A1 Report (2013-2014), as a journalist for the 2013 General Elections, Interviewer and Presenter of Columns; TV Channel One (2011-2013), as moderator of the two Shows "Profil Artisti" and "Rubrika e Libri".

In addition, Koçibelli is engaged as a Consultant and Art Promoter, offering her valuable expertise in the development and curation of exhibitions such as "Gruaja Horizont" (2023) and "Backstage Show" (2024) and various artistic projects. As an esthete and art critic, she has a special sensitivity to beauty and art. She is also very knowledgeable about Albanian culture, art, literature, and politics.
