The Durrës police have solved the murder of 62-year-old Enver Balla in the village of Shënavlash, where his son killed his father with a firearm and declared him to have left the house, claiming that he had lost contact with him.

The police have arrested Esmerald Balla's associate Edison Brahaj, 25 years old. 

This citizen, who had social relations with the author EB, allegedly cooperated with him in transporting the victim's body by vehicle from the scene of the incident to the place where it was found by the police.

During the inspection of the apartment, the police seized 145,000 ALL. 

Police Notification: 

Investigative actions continue for the clarification and complete legal documentation of the murder of the 62-year-old.

The citizen who helped the perpetrator of his father's murder, in the village of Shënavlash, to transport the dead body by throwing it into a well, is put in handcuffs.

Following the continuous investigative actions, related to the incident that happened in the village of Shënavlash, where the boy killed his father with a gun and declared him to have left the apartment, claiming that he had lost contact with him, the actions have been intensified and as a result it is made possible the identification, capture and arrest of his accomplice, citizen EB, 25 years old, resident in Sector Rinia, Durrës.

This citizen, who had social relations with the author EB, allegedly cooperated with him in transporting the victim's body by vehicle from the scene of the incident to the place where it was found by the police.

During the search in EB's apartment, an amount of 145,000 ALL was found and seized.

For the above, this citizen was arrested for the criminal offenses of "Failing the crime", "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth" and "Hiding or disposing of the corpse".

In-depth investigations are continuing for the complete disclosure of this event.
