The prosecutor of Korça is removed from the KPK

Dashnor Nure, the prosecutor of Korça, was dismissed this Wednesday by the Independent Qualification Commission.

Nures was given the burden of proof regarding residential addresses and two apartments from relatives in which he had lived. He was also found financially unable in several years. Nure contested the findings and claimed they were virtual and not reality.

The vetting process for Nuren was carried out by the KPK body headed by Pamela Qirko, with rapporteur Xhensila Pinen and member Alma Faskajn. In the capacity of international observer, Gerrit Sprenger was present.

Dashnor Nure started his career in the justice system in 1995 as a prosecutor in the Cologne Prosecutor's Office. Since 2007, he has been working in the Korçë District Prosecutor's Office./ CNA
